We will email you as soon as we receive your order and will email you with a confirmation and tracking when the goods will be ready to ship!  

All of our products are handmade. Due to the nature of our production method, each product may vary slightly.

All of our items are readymade so they will be available to ship in 1-3 days. 

We will ship our items via UPS so usually take between 3-5 days for domestic shipping. 

If you would like your order expedited we can happily accommodate, please send us an email first to arrange. 

If you have any problems with you order please contact us by email so we can find a solution.  We want you to be happy with your order!  

Any changes or cancellation to orders must be emailed to [email protected] within the first 48 hours.
